How is your clothing sized?

We intend everything we release to be for everyone regardless of gender identity! If you would like our size charts don’t hesitate to message us at lowpointinfo@gmail.com

How long will it take for my items to ship?

Once your order is placed all of your items will be shipped within 2-5 business days, unless a priority shipping method is selected in which case they will be shipped next day!

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?

For any changes regarding your order, send an email to lowpointinfo@gmail.com and we will happily see what we can do!

What is your return policy?

We allow returns within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the product is still in new condition and for store credit only. Once the return is processed we will send you a return label to send your product to us.

What if I received a defective/incorrect product?

We allow returns for any incorrect or damaged products for up to 30 days after the purchase date.

I just placed an order but selected the wrong size. Can I switch it?

Absolutely! As long as we have the size in stock, we will be more than happy to switch that for you. Send an email to lowpointinfo@gmail.com and we will get back to you ASAP!
